Voice chat will not work correctly.

Today, I went to join an Xbox Live Party on my laptop. Invites from my friend weren't going through, so I clicked on his profile and joined it from there. When I got into the party, it showed that everyone was muted. I asked them on discord if they could
hear me, since on my screen it said I wasn't muted. They told me that I was muted for them. Is there any way to fix this so that I can talk to my friends?

My server connectivity is apparently blocked and Teredo is unable to qualify

No, discord works just fine, only windows overlay does this. Even if it was the audio, i i wouldnt know how to fix it

Have you checked if your friend's settings for your user on the party chat is set correctly? It is very unusual to see the voice messages working correctly, and even in-game chat working, but party chat having an issue. This could be related to the fact that your friends have your volume too low on the party chat.
