Voice chat isn’t working

So i was playing games with my friends one night. We got off and went to bed. I sprained my ankle the next day so i couldnt play. When i got home the day after i messed up my ankle i went to play some ark with my friends. Keep in mind my headset was fully
working. So i get on a party chat and i cant hear my friends, at all. I went yhrough all the troubleshooting things. I really need help.

Oh I see. I'm afraid there isn't another way to do this.

In the Twitch Xbox App settings, just make sure Party Chat is "Unmuted."
