Voice Chat defaults when Streaming to Windows 10

Hi everyone.

I have a question regarding Party Chat when streaming to Windows 10, the chat system works fine, but i wanted to know if it was normal to only be able to have both the PC's/game audio and chat going through the same channels. As in, i can only set it up to
have both game and voice going through speakers or both through headset. Is there a way to set it up so that the Xbox app recognizes the headset and feeds chat audio to the headset only and keep game audio through pc speakers (like it does on the console)?
I feel like ive tinkered with every setting and cant find a way to make this happen.

Is this how the app/streaming is supposed to work and a limitation of the windows sound devices setup, or am i missing something?

No audio sound on Windows 10 xbox app when streaming

so when i start streaming on the xbox app for windows 10, i click record and i can hear the game, but not my voice or the party chat voice?

chat headset audio while streaming

Not sure if i need to be on this forum or another ---

When i'm streaming to my pc, and use my xbox one chat headset, all of the audio comes through the headset, including game sound.

Is it possible to separate game sound into speakers, and voice into headset while streaming to a windows 10 pc?

The App goes off of what your default devices are. If you make your Mic the default device and your speakers as your default device instead of your headphones then you can talk with your Mic and hear the game through the Speakers

but, they don't work when you want to talk by chat or if you want to stream, if it's when you want to stream down the level from 10 to 20 and 100 to the microphone and the voice will be heard, if it's for normal chat update your control or verify that
the audio microphone is activated

To use a headset while streaming. Plug your USB headset (or microphone) into your Windows 10 PC or your chat headset into your controller before beginning Game Streaming. Your headset must be selected as the default playback and recording device on
your PC. To access this setting, open Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, and then select Manage Audio Devices.

When streaming to PC you may have to use the integrated chat inside using the Xbox app in windows 10. This includes you having to directly use a microphone of your choice that compatible with your system running Windows 10.
