Voice chat ban for 24 hours

Good evening,

I have a question about a 24 hour voice chat ban i got yesterday evening.

Yesterday evening my voice chat on my Xbox live account was banned for 24 hours?

I find this very strange because i only play 1 game on my xbox "Modern warfare" with the voice chat in party-mode.

I never talk to other people on xbox/games while using the voice chat.

Also,and you can check this when you research my account, i almost never send messages to people the only message i recently send to a person was to say "SRY "because i made a team kill on modern Warfare.

I have a good reputation on my Xbox live account and i don't know where this is coming from. I found this very strange that i got banned for 24 hours.

It almost feels that someone has made false reports against me for something i didn't do?

Can someone please tell me what i did wrong and why i got the ban.

For information on your suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team do not use the forums.

If it was for a communications ban it could have been any voice, chat, or xbox message sent recently that violated the terms of service and was reported by someone.

If the ban is for 24 hours your only option is to wait for it to expire.

If it's for over 24 hours you can submit a case review at enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I? Then Submit Case Review

Sounds like it was a 24 hour suspension then.

They are usually for something communication related,possibly voice chat or a message he sent.

for whatever reason my post above got scrambled, and the info about me already troubleshooting and configuring Nat, and verifying account status and console resetting isn't posted above. but i can see it in the preview before you
click this tread link so idk if the scrambled post is on my end or just the site but thank you for providing the information. however ive done those steps and haven't found any progress. if you have info on what to do after those steps haven't worked id love

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

anyone having this problem needs to just redo these steps, second time doing this ended up fixing my comunication problem. apreciate your help @dadwhite.
