Voice changer for people with accents

I'm glad that you're enjoying your time in the Xbox community as best you can. I have changed your question to a discussion, as there isn't a problem that we can solve.

Our community is a diverse one, and it includes people from all sorts of different backgrounds. There are many beautiful accents that are part of the Xbox community, and we don't seek to change people's individual voices on our platform--ideally, we want everyone to be accepted for who they are. I can recognize that there is a lot of opportunity between where we are and that ideal, and I hope that altogether as a community we can strive to be better.

While we can't do anything to ease this particular situation, and there are no plans to add this kind of feature, I can say that if you ever experience harassment because of your accent while you're playing, you can report the perpetrator just like you would for harassment or toxicity of any other kind.

You also have to remember kinect is accent aware and it is region based

Meaning it looks for german accent in a german account and ip

Since accents affect words it's not possible to use a english accent on a german kinect account you would have major issues with voice commands
