Voice and Chat suspension

My brother was on my account and was trash talking and sending vulgar messages to one of my friends. Is there any way i can talk to someone about getting the suspension lifted due to the fact that it wasnt me (the actual account owner) sending these messages?

Hi, the Xbox Live Enforcement Team is responsible for all matters regarding Xbox Enforcement. If you received a suspension longer than 24 hours, you may be eligible to file a case
review to appeal the suspension directly to the Enforcement Team.

I would point out that the Enforcement Team does consider that as the owner of your account, you are responsible for how the account is used.

The Enforcement Team does not use the forums, and support is unable to assist with suspension items. as mentioned, you would have to submit a case review, if qualified, at https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

If I might suggest, create an account for your brother to use, if he doesn't already have one. That way if he were to do something against the code of conduct it is done on his account, not yours. If he's on your account's home console he can still access
your games and use your gold subscription.

Are you still having trouble with voice chat or has the issue cleared up? Generally the suspension lifts at the original time it was placed, so there is some confusion as to why some people are unable to voice chat. Keep us in the loop
