    VM tivo to xbox to tv no longer working


    Hi there,

    I live in the uk and have my xbox one connected to my virgin media cable box and my tv, before the weekend everything was working ok, but when i got home today (been away for 3 days) i can no longer watch tv on the xbox the picture just seems to flash up
    a single frame of whatever the cable box channel is set to, pop a screen saying it is not recieving a signal from my tv box or is just simply a black screen.

    My hardware is:

    Virgin media cable box ( cisco ct8620)

    TV is a Sharp Aquos LC46x20e

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can't setup Virgin Media Tivo (UK) with Xbox One, no picture.

    Hi,

    Got my Xbox One today and tried to setup Virgin Media Tivo.

    I am in the United Kingdom.

    When I got to set it up, and it all plugged in correctly it does not show a picture, so unable to click next to say it has a picture during setup.

    The HDMI cable works when going direct from my VM Tivo box to my TV, but not via the Xbox One, I have tried another HDMI cable and that doesn't seem to work.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    I heard from a friend that it will not work, but I see others have got it working.

    I have tried 720p.

    I have tried power cycle the VM Tivo box and Xbox One, but no different.

    Can't get TV working - Xbox One and Virgin Media Tivo box

    I have just tried one more time.
    I have gone on my VM Tivo box and ticked all the Video Output, rebooted, then rebooted Xbox One.

    Black on screen TV, if I plug my Xbox 360 in that works.
    Tried wiggling the HDMI cable at VM Tivo and no change

    Yeah, sadly it just doesn't work... aside from watching the live TV channels you'll need your VM TiVo remote for anything else... it's why I disconnected mine from the xbox, seemed a bit pointless.

    So the pass-thru doesn't work with Sky/VM tivo then? Haven't ordered an XB1, but I thought about getting for this feature in my bedroom.

    Guess I'll wait.

    Just for anyone still trying to get full DVR control on VM TiVO.... I got it working by manually changing the code from c1060 to c3265 as Nevstar suggested

    HDCP issues with Live TV only

    I have the same problem. It was working fine until the latest update came out. Now I receive the HDCP error from the TiVo box every time I turn the xbox on and try to watch live tv. I have tried resetting the cables and power cycling. Turning the tv off
    and back on was working but now it is not. Quitting the tv app doesn't solve it. I have tried restarting the TiVo box as well. I have an LG tv, pioneer vsx822 receiver, and TiVo pace px001bnt
