    Since your issue is different from the original poster's WiFi issue, please create your own new post with your issue, and describe your network setup in more detail.

    What are you using to create your hotspot?

    Is the console able to see the hotspot but not connect to the internet/Live?

    Vizio Vizio XWR100: Router Secuirty

    Hello JahSav93,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The router needs to be logged into in order to change the security protocol settings. That requires knowledge of the make and model of the router. For Example, A very popular router is the Netgear(make)
    Nighthawk R7000(model). You can locate this information on the router itself. Once you have that information, you can search for that device's manual online or use our

    Network Hardware Information Forums    . They will provide you with the steps on how to change the security protocol. If your router was provided to you by your internet service provider, you can also contact them for information on how to change the security
    protocol. Be sure to let us know the results!
