    things to check;

    - can the tv output in 4k

    - is the hdmi cable 4k compatible

    - have you set 4k resolution in the display settings?

    - depending on the game, ie hitman, 4k or high framerate mode are selectable options

    I have the X, I must say that some games look truly stunning on it, so I certainly hope this issue gets resolved.

    Hi Dario,

    You need to have a compatible 4k monitor/TV in order for this resolution to work.

    Check your HDMI cable, and check your settings that 4k is turned on and set for xbox.

    prime that nothing should have a 4k screen or monitor, second not all games have 4k resolution and those if you must download the 4k graphic patches
