    Pixelation started in the last few days, the tv is older non-4k, but it worked fine. I have gone through the standard reset/troubleshooting procedures recommended by the support channels and none of it has changed the issue. I also tested another console on the tv and didn't see the error which leads me to believe that it is the Xbox that is malfunctioning. The answer I am trying to get to is do I need to replace my tv or do I need to take the Xbox in to get repaired?

    I suggest you'll need to either get your console repaired. Best option.

    Looks like a fault with the console. Since you have tested another console on the same TV and did not see this graphical error. This points to a failure of the systems APU (Advanced processing unit). I may also point out that I have seen this error before, and it was always failing hardware.

    You'll need to either get your console repaired or replaced unfortunately.
