    My son, aged 8, is disabled & cant use his left hand & has limited use of his right. He can use his index finger to point, so can use a tablet as a talker & to play games.

    He loves Xbox & has 5 brothers he loves to play with, but he really struggles to use the controller. He can’t pick it up & can only press buttons with 1 finger & cant press the back buttons at all. I’ve just been
    in touch with Microsoft Xbox support and they’ve said 100% a touchscreen controller will be available, on his touchscreen laptop with windows 10, in September, that he will be able to use to play Xbox cloud games, which will be brilliant for him as I had thought
    that would only be available for android devices. However he won’t be able to play any other Xbox games. Please enable an Xbox virtual controller for windows 10 that will work for all Xbox games, & if it could be overlaid on the
    game streaming to the windows tablet, even better! I know I’ve read on other forums that serious gamers think virtual controllers are pants, but for disabled people and children they are brilliant, life changing in my sons case. Cheers

    You can use the Xbox app as a controller to control dashboard functions, but not games

    Controller trigger sticking after only 4 months of routine use.

    Yes, I went to the support section and was connected to the virtual support agent. The virtual agent had me enter in the controller’s serial number and confirmed that it was out of warranty and my only option is to purchase a new controller.
