    I soft reset my Xbox one, when I logged back in it gave my 360 profile not the profile I was playing on for 3 years

    . So now my profile is in the cloud I can go to it as a friend but I don’t know how to recover it! Iv used the email and number I thought it was for everything but it’s a no go! Iv asked the chat assistants for help but they can’t and when they send me to the other assistant contact thing the page is down! It’s like there is no way whatsoever of actually speaking with a Microsoft assistant on the phone who can help

    Check the phone number or email address for the security code sent to you and enter it on the screen.

    Select Profile & system > Add or change > Add new > Forgot your account?
    Enter the details that you think are associated with your account. This may include an alternate email address or phone number.

    In addition, either click no when asked by the virtual agent if the information provided helped - normally you should only need to do this twice, or type 'No thanks' into the Virtual agent chat window.

    Now, you should be offered to either chat to a real person or request a call back.

    Try the service via chat, the call request is not working, requesting the service via chat pass through the virtual service and then will be attended by a person.
