    Virtual agent can’t connect me - how can I get a callback?


    Microsoft virtual agent is giving me an error message. How can I ask for a call back with Microsoft?

    I found a phone number online but that was a company called esourcesllc and it didn’t feel safe using them.

    My Xbox one won’t connect via hdmi on any screen or cable

    If this did not work for you, you can apply the warranty if your console is still under it.
