    found out the problem.the virginmedia superhub was blocking domain names just needed to disable it.and it works now.

    Hey there Igor! There have been some complaints about Xbox timeouts with Superhub on the Xbox forums as well on

    Virginmedia community forums    . The problem is the Superhub VMDG480 itself. It is caused by SSH disconnects if not used for a couple of minutes.

    If the troublesthooting steps you have been provided with in this thread doesn't work call up your ISP and asked them about timout issues and if there is something that can be solved.

    Another solution is to connect a router to the superhub if you have one.

    i had 100mb on virginmedia superhub would only get near 90mb on wired connection. was the same as 50mb on wifi (around 46mb)so I downgraded from 100mb to 60mb still get around 46mb but got 6 months free
