    Virginmedia major Routing/DPI failure.

    Virginmedia is currently and has been for the last 4 days suffering an major issue, the official line from Virginmedia is they are having a routing issue and UBI-Soft are currently telling Virgin customers having trouble with GR-FS to contact Virginmedia
    as its an issue on Virginmedia's end.

    This is just for your information and may help some use's. There is lots of information on Virginmedia official technical support forums with advice from Virginmedia's staff.

    There is a current known issue where the SuperHub 2 will cause constant disconnections in multiplayer-based games if on Wireless.

    The issue is currently being investigated by Xbox and Virgin Media.

    Just to add, you now require the WPS pin from the bottom of the Superhub to be able to log in to the web interface.

    I changed now my connection i take a repeater and with cable i make the connection to my xbox360.

    Now the xbox did find the network automatically but it also blocks on the 3rd step Internet ---> XboxLive

    I got a new Cisco DPC3939 from Comcast this afternoon. I was able to successfully connect to XBox Live with my XBox 360 after the modem/gateway was up and running. Two hours later, after having changed nothing, I tried to login to Xbox Live from the same
    Xbox 360 and consistently got a DNS related error when testing the wireless network connection. We chatted with a Comcast support technician. She changed our modem/gateway channel number and resynced the modem/gateway with the network. We then restarted
    the XBox 360 and tried connecting to XBox Live. It worked!!

    We'll see if this permanently solves the issue. BTW, I had done all of the things DylanAndDad11 tried. In my case, changing the channel number on the modem/gateway worked. Hope this helps.
