    Hey every dollar that i spended i should get 1 gem.. i bought alot of digitall games on xbox but i never got a gem for it.. can somebody please look into this?

    In addition, you’ll earn MyVIP Gems for things like clicking an email, completing an offer, increasing your Gamerscore, and for every $1 you spend in the Microsoft Store*. These gems will be deposited directly into your account so you can trade them in for
    prizes in the MyVIP Vault.

    Hello,

    I have pre-ordered three games since these gems went live and I have not received any gems for any of them. Now the site says it may take up to 96 hours for updates but I pre-ordered two of the games more than 96 hours ago. It says in the FAQ I believe that
    you will earn 1 gem for every dollar spent on qualifying content including pre-orders so I am wondering why I have not received any gems yet. Any help would be appreciated.

    Our web team has informed us that the Gems for this perk are currently pending on your MyRewards page. Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, you must claim these MyChallenge Gems to use them:

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page
    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

    Hello r3gn4r,

    You only redeemed your Vault Credits on the 28th, which was two days ago (48 hours). Please wait four days (96 hours) for processing. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
