    VIP star reward


    I attempted to purchase the remaining £5 item to boost my total to £30. I made sure that the item was this time labeled as "durable" in the Microsoft store, however the progress bar has not updated and it has been over 96 hours. Just in case it is important
    to know, the purchased item was one of the Rainbow Six: Siege Bushido sets. A similar problem occured with my first purchase, so I hope this one can also be resolved.

    Hi,

    Upon logging into my rewards account I had noticed my reward rank had been changed from 5 star VIP to 2 star VIP and was wondering if there is a reasoning behind this

    Olá, há algum tempo atrás passei um tempo no EUA, e eu estava com uma estrela VIP no programa XBL Rewards estava ganhando recompensas normalmente, sou membro Gold, mas quando voltei para o Brasil, mudei minha região do xbox também, minha estrela VIP sumiu!Poderiam
    resolver meu problema?

    Hello, some time ago I lived in the US, and I had 1 VIP star on XBL Rewards program, i was earning rewards usually am Gold member, but when I returned to Brazil, I changed my xbox region also, and now my VIP star disappeared !

    Could solve my problem?

    For future reference, purchases and other new activity take up to 96 hours to be processed. Your purchase on the 10th has now been processed.

    Do Pre-orders count towards MyVip Now?

    No. Preorders are not eligible for VIP.
    I'm trying to understand why pre-orders are not eligible for vip. Is it because otherwise you would get rewarded twice, e.g. once for the vip star boost and once for the on demand pre-order punch card?

    The fact that it's not eligible for the star boost is a real downer for me. I would like to pre-order Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition in order to play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition straight away.

    For help with the rewards program you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that star levels are based on how much you spend in the marketplace and subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards
    VIP.

    @Randver and MyKill - There Rewards program does not award credits for achievements. Prior to September 2014, your VIP status was based off gamerscore and VIP rebates were listed as "MyAchievement" rebates. As of September, the VIP program changed to Star
    levels which is based on how much you spend in the marketplace. So currently you don't earn anything for achievements or gamerscore.

    How do I know when I have been opted into VIP

    There's nothing to opt in to for VIP. Anyonr who signs up for the rewards program is automatically enrolled. VIP status is based on your star levels (how much you spend in the marketplace). You can check your VIP status on the MyRewards section of the site.
    You can see how much you need to spend for each level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions
