VIP star ranking moving backwards?

Hi,

So last month during the pre-order offer, I decided to pre-order a couple of upcoming games. MyVIP star rank was at 3, and very close to 4, so I calculated out how much more money I needed to spend to get to 4 stars before the end of the month and pre-ordered
2 games to reach that amount. My ranking was at four stars for the last twenty days just fine, and all of a sudden yesterday it reverted back to 3 stars with 91% to 4 again. Is this just a simple glitch with pre-orders or something? I'd like to fix it, since
I specifically spent the amount needed to reach 4 and did so before going backwards for whatever reason.

Your progress is listed on the MyRewards section of the site. Currently, there is not a way to see anything other than the percentage that is shown there.

Is there any way of seeing at what level i am to rank up to the next VIP star?

I know at rank 1 you need to spend at least €300, rank 2 spend at least €600, rank 3 spend €900 and so on....but where can i see where i'm at between ranks...how much i'm short of reaching the next star?

 

Note: doing the calculations again with the percentages, it seems that only one of the pre orders has backtracked. When I was 91% last time, I pre ordered Resident Evil 7 Ultimate to get the last $90 I needed to rank up, which I did, and now it seems the
system unrecognized it.

I can confirm that this is a glitch, not necessarily with pre-orders, but with MyVIP progress calculations. We are working on deploying a hotfix for this issue, and should have the problem resolved by the end of the month. Due to this error we have also
delayed payback for September purchases, so if you were curious about the status of your September payback, that should also appear as pending by the end of the month. Apologies for the confusion.
