VIP Star Rank Boost Mix Up?

I have the Star Rank Boost Offer and the email I got says I need to spend at least $100 to boost to the next rank, as is stated in the FAQ. However, when I go to my rewards page, It says I have to spend $60 to boost to the next rank so I was wondering which
is correct. Thanks for any help!

Had to spend £105 to get my 5th Star. Got 2 titles one at £64.99 and the other at £59.99 and my progress shows as half. Purchases were both made Wed 22nd Feb and neither game was a pre-order. Can you have a look please? Cheers

It sounds like you may have your region on the website set to the British region, which requires 60 pounds. If you set your region to the US using the select region button at the bottom left of the page, it should show the 100 dollar requirement.

Lol! You guys must've "fixed" it because up until this morning it said $60. Oh Well...

The spending requirement for the VIP boost to your fifth star was $175. Since your spending amount was beneath this, you did not automatically complete the offer. However, after tallying your purchases, we see that you were very, very close to completing
this offer, and you can calculate this yourself from the commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), keeping in mind that game consumables and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We will adjust your account for the missing change, and you should see your star rank promote by the end of next week. Since your purchases went towards an offer (the VIP Boost), they did not also award payback.

Apologies for the confusion. Since we manually adjusted your rank after the recalibration in December, you were incorrectly sent the VIP Boost offer for members who came close to ranking up, but ended the year not quite finishing their star rank. Therefore,
when you completed the offer, the offer promoted you based on your rank before our manual adjustment. We will adjust your account to account for completion of the offer, and you should see this change by the end of next week.

There was an issue with payback interacting with the VIP Boost offer that caused February payback to be delayed. Since this payback is what scheduled your for your automatic deposit, it was not placed as pending in your account in time for the mid-month
deposit around the ninth. You should expect this deposit in the end of month deposit cycle. Apologies for the delay.
