VIP Pass Dirt 3 is not available on Xbox Live Brazil

Sorry to hear it. I checked out the marketplace and it doesn't seem as though the VIP pass is available in Brasil. I'm afraid that there is nothing that can be done about the fact the pass is not available there.

Given that the VIP pass is required in order to get the full 1000, I would hope that they would make it available just like they did with Dirt 3.

Actually this very much is a customer support matter. Evidenced by the fact that the support team had to intervene when Dirt 3 required a VIP pass for multiplayer. This should be the same situation. The VIP passes were not extra content, they were a paywall
for those who purchased the game used and were to be available to those who purchased the game new or digitally. Codemasters tried to separate Dirt 3 as the "GwG version" and not include the VIP pass in an attempt to make backhanded sales. IT was support that
rectified that error.

The VIP pass for Dirt 3 was free only for the period when it was in the GwG promotion ! so there is just 10 days left to make it free for Dirt: Showdown as well !
