    It looks like the VIP code can only be used to purchase VIP map packs. You'll have to pay for the Vietnam map pack separately.

    The cars that are exclusive to VIP are that way because VIP is also a car pack within itself. Therefore you can't get them. However the VIP will become available to all at some point on the marketplace. Same will probably happen with the launch pack and
    possibly the preorder cars.

    Actually none of the pre-order packs, launch pack, or VIP packs have been confirmed to become DLC at this point. It is all speculation, yes the VIP pack from FM3 became available but it was for a charity event I believe. It may or may not happen again
    for FM4.
