vip level not correct

for some reason my level has gone back to 3 when it should be at level 5

i spent over $1800 and the predicted level before the end of last year said 5 but now it is back to 3 again

just wondering if this is some sort of updating error somewhere

As Smwutches says, there is currently an issue with MyVIP that we are in the process of resolving. We hope to have a hotfix for the issue deployed soon. Due to this issue, we have delayed September payback to the end of the month to ensure that users are
Rewarded at the appropriate Star level. Apologies for the inconvenience, and for the confusion that this has caused.

 

VIP rebate credits + VIP percentage not correct.

Due to some tracking issues, September rebates have been delayed. You should get it by the end of the month. The tracking issues are also what's causing issues with VIP percentages so support is working on that also.

It sounds like you were viewing your webpage in a different locale than your Rewards Account. Since you are an Australian Rewards member, this was not the eligible spending amount required for MyVIP star rank 5 for your region. You can find the MyVIP Star
brackets from our FAQ at (Xbox Live Rewards). For Australia, MyVIP 4 is $2000.
