VIP and Points havent gone up..

So i've spent alot of money on the xbox store. And my vip or points havent gone up.. I know i should be higher in rewards to aleast get something back for all the money i've given

Deposite & balance problem

I requested a deposite of points a while ago from your rewards program and still havent recived it and i also havent recived my credits from my vip vault purchases what do i do

XBOX Rewards. Not earning points

Iv been a rewards member since 2010 and earned points for renewing gold and purchasing content. However since 13/5/2015 i havent earned any points for my purchases or my renewel of gold. My VIP doesnt go up either. I buy alot of games digitally on my account
so i should be earning points.

Any help with this would be much appreciated

Game consumables, subscriptions and pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. I can confirm that your MyVIP progress matches your eligible spending.

We are still working on deploying our hotfix for this issue. MyVIP should be updated shortly, and at the very latest be up to date by the end of the month. Apologies for the confusion.

gone up to £51 to next VIP but I'm guessing. its my bf1 download still missing a lot of points should by my estimate be a few % on VIP 3

the one thing i havent seen anything about is that if you pre ordered the game and got vip, you got some dlc for free. how much does the vip dlc and premium dlc overlap?
