**** you, Xbox enforcement team. What gives you the right to censor what I say. **** your terms and conditions, which you are violating by what your doing. to me and hundreds of people. You hand out communication bans to people
because your team gets a report from some sensitive crybaby who got their feelings hurt. The crybaby could simply mute and block the person who hurt their sensitive feelings. How old are the people that typically file these complaints, because I bet a huge
portion is under age and probably shouldn't be playing a rated M game that isn't suitable for them to begin with. Instead of telling the crybaby to block the person and have a little more self esteem, so they didn't whine like a bitch every time someone said
something they didn't like, you feel the need to ban all communication from the other person instead of just simply blocking one from another. Instead you feel the need to violate the persons 2nd Amendment right.What you don't realize is that at the same time
you're helping create a victimized society, since you awarded the person who made the complaint by telling them through messages that you banned the other person. Do you let the crybaby know your decision so you can feel like a hero or something? Also why

While, the U.S., is a free country, freedom of speech only covers what the government can and cannot restrict it's citizens from saying. Private organizations can put restrictions on what is permitted on their services. Live is a private service which users
can choose to sign up for and utilize, just like any number of gaming services out there. Like all services out there (Sony, Steam, Nintendo, etc.) users have to agree to follow the rules set forth by the organization providing the service.

First of all that's a terrible comparison. I'm having a private conversation I'm not out in the open where God and everyone can hear me. That would be creating a disturbance, like I said you're right until you begin to violate others rights. But speaking
my mind and it being censored is a violation of my constitutional right. you're trying to say that a business is not affected by the laws of the Constitution but can enjoy the rights of the Constitution don't you think that even just saying that sounds a little
