my account got suspended for a screenshot and I'm trying to figure out why my account got suspended......but i can't get a straight answer about what kind the screenshot was exactly....xbox live support couldn't give me a reason why....then went on code
enforcement and it say eligible volunteers are given the ability to judge whether certain types of content violate our code of conduct....about my account information....people that don't work for xbox live support

Occasionally, a player may receive additional enforcement while serving a suspension. This isn’t an error, but an indication that XBLPET discovered evidence of further violations. Please keep in mind that suspensions are not always issued immediately following
a violation, and are often the result of an investigation of prior activities. Just as committing three robberies can result in getting charged with three counts, harassing multiple players can result in several distinct enforcements.

Typically, a second suspension will occur for one of several reasons:

Discovery of new or additional evidence indicating that multiple violations occurred involving multiple victims.

Identification of unrelated violations that necessitate a distinct suspension. For example, while an account serves a suspension for harassment, a separate investigation finds evidence of account theft.

In the course of investigating a Case Review inquiry, an enforcement agent discovers evidence of previously-unknown violations.

Unable to submit case review on communication ban

They now issue 100 day suspensions for multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

These do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

Be aware that if you are thinking of using a secondary account to avoid the suspension on your main account then that is also a violation of the code of conduct & could result in a console privilege suspension.

I don't even see how that is worthy of a 14 day suspension anyways?

If you had previous suspensions for similar violations, the duration for the suspension increases. First it's "only" 24 hours, then a week, two weeks, a month, and if you continue to violate the Code of Conduct, the suspension eventually becomes a permanent
suspension.

If this was the reason for the second suspension "using the word noob" that is a violation of the code of conduct.

Even if the other person sent the message first. If you sent it to them and it was reported that means your actions violated the code of conduct and was subject to a suspension.

Yes going back and reporting him the enforcement team will investigate that report and if it was a violation of the code of conduct then they would issue a suspension on their account too.

The duration of a suspensions also depends on the severity of the violation.

Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct. So it does not matter if that was all that was said, it violated the code of conduct so it warrants a suspension.
