I cannot find vine app on xbox one. Why?

Vine wall avatar prop

On the specials and deals app i spun the wheel and won the VINE WALL AVATAR PROP. I also won the VENUS FLY TRAP AVATAR PROP. When i go to my avatar editor on the console, desk top or my windows phone all i see is 2 VENUS FLY TRAP options. So somehow the
VINE WALL has a VENUS FLY TRAP ICON. On the deck top editor it gives a description but not on the phone or xbox. Not sure if this is the right place to report it or not. Basicly xbox needs to fix the ICON to select the VINE WALL.
