    Vindictive Ban


    I admit I've lost my temper a few times and the choice words weren't appropriate for everyone. I accepted the punishment.

    A few days ago I received a 14 day ban out of the blue, effectively barring me from the Infinite Beta.

    When I submitted a case review, my response was the ban was because previous enforcement wasn't harsh enough. Who is in charge of these people? Who let's them make these ridiculous rulings with no oversight?

    Canceled xbox live, ps5 will be on the way next week.

    Unless there's something to be done about it?

    Blatant abuse of power doesn't happen on the playstation network. Since 2018 these enforcement guys have been on a serious power trip. Bans without proper merit have been happening to a lot of people.

    You can't re ban someone for an infraction they've already been punished for, that's complete BS.

    Also, you can definitely get one for under 1k if you're smart and patient. Mine only cost 650.

    The response to my appeal clearly stated it was a redecision on my past ones. Meaning already completed.

    What a great community though, blindly following the almighty enforcement team.

    Insane to get re banned. Insane.

    How do you know it wasnt for a separate infraction completely isolated from the first one that resulted in the first ban?

    You yourself said it wasnt the first time youve lost your temper and said something you shouldn't have

    Suspensions/bans dont always happen the same day of the infraction. It could have been for something you did weeks or even months ago. Xbox doesnt have a statute of limitations for infractions.

    had it too pal it only take complaints from several users being vindictive and you get banned its pathetic the system. i have cancelled xbox live after 13yrs of gaming i wont be back until they sort this crap out.
