    View button doesnt work on brand new Xbox one X special edition


    I have an xbox one x special edition with blue and pink. Qhen received from microsoft a couple of months ago, view button wasnt working. After all updates et resets, Buttons never worked. Now im in need to use it with GTA... any other solutions? Its a special
    controller (custom colors) so If I send it back, i need the same model after.

    It sounds like your X button is just not working and you may need to replace your controller with a new one. Have you tried using the X button anywhere else on your system (such as the dashboard)? If it doesn't work anywhere else, that means that the
    mechanism for the button is broken and you will need a brand new controller.

    Let me know how this works and if there is any other information you can give, it would greatly help.

    Doubtful, Xbox X doesn't seem to get as many special edition consoles compared to the Xbox One S.

    Yes! It's been happening since I first got my X in March (a brand new Fallout 76 edition). The console will also turn to static sometimes when quitting out of Mixer, Twitch or YouTube, making me have to turn the system off at the console (the button
