    Video stutter


    My xbox will display a frame from a second ago showing me the previous selection Just for a second. Its unpleasant and makes some games unplayable, please help. It doesnt happen only during games it happens at the xbox home as well. Does anyone know why this is happening? Do I need to get a new system?

    Its ruining the experience obviously. I've tried resetting, and holding buttons, and I've tried all available forms of contact this is my last resort before going to social media for help.

    Game clip stutter

    If you have just recorded the clip it will stutter as it is getting processed in the background. This is why your pre-recorded videos don't do it.

    Give the video chance to process fully and try watching the video again, does the video stutter still?

    yes they still stutter, anything post update stutters, anything pre does not. Just to clarify, its just video stutter not sound and only when played on tablet/phone. When you select the video and play it on xbox they play fine but if you just highlight it
    and watch the preview it does exactly the same as tablet/phone.
