Video not working

Having trouble with xbox one, bought 2 years ago(ish). Audio and video not working from HDMI output. Optical output for sound still working. Tried standard trouble shooting, have 2 displays, 3 wires, seems like the xbox is the issue. Are there any dl's
or anything that can be done or does it need to be serviced?

Video not working

I would try unplugging the cords from both your Xbox and TV, you can use a can of compressed air to blow it out, or just blow in the ends with your mouth, then plug them back in. If that doesn't work, do you have a friend who has an Xbox you can borrow?
If you do try his cords on your TV with your Xbox, to see if it's your cords causing the problem. If it's still responding the same way, try your cords and his Xbox.

Video not working

When I turn on my older white 360 I get no video showing up on my Tv. I can hear everything (360 start up noise, signed into live etc.) but the screen remains blue and I can't see anything.A few days ago when everything was working fine the screen would
all of a sudden turn red. I was still able to see the game I was playing but it was just red. Now, I can't see anything. I never messed with any of the cords on the back of my tv so I don't think it's that

I'd try some basics first.

Power cycle the Xbox - power cycle the Xbox by unplugging the Xbox from the wall outlet and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Re-seat the HDMI cable on the back of the Xbox and make sure it's in the HDMI OUT port. And re-seat the other end into the TV or try another port on the TV

After that 5 minutes, plug the Xbox back into a wall outlet and try again.

If that fails, the next easiest thing would be to try another HDMI cable from the Xbox to the TV.

If that fails, there's a tricky process to try and reset the video resolution on the Xbox.

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until
the second beep occurs.
Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to
System > Settings in the guide, select Display & sounds, Video options, and then
TV Resolution.

Sorry to hear about the Microsoft Bingo troubles. Often times when the videos aren't loading your internet connection is having issues. How do you have your PC connected to the internet?

Do a factory reset you will have to download everything again but all ur saves is on the cloud if ur console is connected to internet. corrupted file on the system.
