Video: Grenades with a mind of their own?

Watch very carefully after I throw the three grenades (approximately 0:05, 0:09 and 0:18) and you can clearly see throw one and three launch straight forward like they're supposed to, then make what appears to be a sharp right turn. It is most noticeable
on the third throw. The second throw is a little unclear; I'm not sure where that grenade ended up. It looks like it took the same right turn as the other two in game but I can't be positive from rewatching the clip whether it turned or hit the building. While
playing, I *thought* I had seen it on the first two but the third time confirmed it so I recorded a clip. It was a bit more clear when I watched it in slow motion using upload studio on my TV. It looks a little grainy on my computer, though. I've looked online
and can't find anyone else who has noticed this so I'm not sure if it had something to do with me being on a titan or what? I know sometimes when shooting you have to either just fire at things behind the friendly titan or aim high or you'll just end
up shooting into the back of their head. I can't recall ever throwing grenades while riding a friendly titan before and if I did I certainly don't remember this being the result.

Also, so no one thinks I was just randomly tossing grenades to be a troll while riding around on a Titan: there were AI grunts/spectres inside the building (first throw) and then a pilot on top of the same building (second and third throw) firing an anti-titan
weapon. I wasn't positive of their exact spot but using the map and sight/sound clues I was trying to throw in their general direction. I had a burn card for unlimited frag grenades.

Keep in mind though, the people at High Speed Halo are VERY good at this. They practice and practice until they get the best times possible. You'll notice how well they know the levels, enemy spawns, and scripted situations. They're also amazing at doing
grenade jumps. That video shows that it's more than possible, so maybe trying some of their tactics will help you out.

There's currently a grenade throwing glitch where if you sprint and throw a grenade with the right timing, the grenade will go a lot faster and a LOT farther than normal. The glitch was actually used quite a bit in that video.

To the OP, it was a good video, but yeah, some of those kills were rather lackluster. Also, one thing you need to do is make sure you're giving credit to the players who you got the clips from.

 

Anything you can throw will bend round in an arc depending on your motion/momentum at the time the object was thrown.

So maybe it's down to that? I found it quite hard to see where the grenades went in your video to be honest.

 

Yeah I do not understand why the video quality is so poor. It did not look like that when I watched it in slow motion in upload studio. Try pausing after I throw the third one and you can clearly see the orange "pulse" coming off of the thing go in a 90
degree angle off to the right. I tried hopping on a friendly titan last night and tossing grenades but was unable to repeat the results from Sunday night.
