Video captures not saving to onedrive. no error message

You can use OneDrive. You get 5GB of storage for free.

In the capture settings on the console, you can set it so that captures are automatically uploaded to OneDrive if you like. You can also manually upload multiple captures to OneDrive at once via the Captures app. Also, you can upload an individual capture to OneDrive via the Share menu.

Once uploaded, screenshots will appear in the Pictures\Xbox Screenshots folder inside your OneDrive folder, and videos will appear in Videos\Xbox Game DVR.

I have downloaded my videos from my console to OneDrive, then accessed the OneDrive folder from my phone or PC.

Find the clip/photo capture, then Share to OneDrive.

You can also use the Xbox App on Windows 10, iOS, or Android to download the screenshots. Under "Captures' there is an option to save or download the images or videos, which will put them on your PC or device.

But I haven't had an issue with uploading to OneDrive, what sort of errors are you seeing when you try to export them?

Set yourself up with a Microsoft OneDrive account (free) here: https://onedrive.live.com/

Then on the XBOX console either manually choose to "share" each clip or capture to OneDrive when you capture them, or in the XBOX settings menus set clips and captures to always automatically share to OneDrive.

Then you can simply go to your OneDrive storage on PC (through your browser, not through the XBOX app) where all your captures will be safe, and save each capture to you want to your hard drive. You can also transfer items from OneDrive to the XBOX using the OneDrive app or file explorer app on the XBOX, which is how you can import images to use as your gamerpics.
