Discus and support Video Bug when Streaming from Xbox Series X to PC in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an Xbox Series X downstairs and my PC upstairs.     Video Bug when Streaming from Xbox Series X to PC


    I have an Xbox Series X downstairs and my PC upstairs. Whenever I try to stream to my PC upstairs, the resolution is all messed up and looks like this.

    This is obviously unplayable. However, when I go downstairs and turn my TV on and then immediately off, it fixes itself here.

    I have my resolution set to 1080p on my xbox and my PC is running at 1080p, no HDR, both 60fps. I'm at a loss. Does anyone know a fix?

    1. I just started to use the streaming feature. So I only know of this now.

    4. I've disabled and re-enabled streaming. Not much else to troubleshoot other than it works when I turn the TV on and then off again.

    It seems like we have tried already most of the basic troubleshooting steps. and yet we were not able to fix the problem.

    We now recommend you send feedback and report a problem or submit a bug via Xbox apps. Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support.

    Submitting a bug through the Xbox App

    1. Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon

    2. Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu

    3. Select “Report a problem”

    4. Click Give new feedback

    5. Add [Xbox Forum] in “Summarize your feedback” followed by a feedback summary

    a. Summary should be descriptive and fully detailing the error you are receiving. Links redirecting to this forum post will not be accepted and will cause a delay in your feedback submission.

    6. Category should automatically be selected.

    7. In the "add more details" category, you will have the option to "Recreate my problem". Recreating the problem will help us further pinpoint the error you are receiving.

    8. Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread
