Video Artifacts

I'm using an Acer Aspire laptop, quad core Intel i5 430M processor, 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and Intel HD Graphics. I can stream to my laptop using the Xbox App, but there are artifacts when motion happens, such as moving to each section on the dashboard. It's a
weird effect. My WiFi is 25 speed. Does anyone else have this weird problem?

When playing Call of Duty Ghosts on Xbox One there is constant texture fluctuation around my characters gun. It looks like beams of light are shooting out of a disco ball and it happens online and offline. When I try to play Battlefield 4 I cannot even
start the campaign or multiplayer because the game freezes and the screen constantly goes black. I downloaded the demo for Dead Rising 3 and when I tried to play the game things would look normal at first but then black blotches will appear on the screen and
grow as I move around until I cannot see anything. I can only hear the zombies around me. When move to certain areas the blotches go away partially. When I play kinect sports the textures in the game flash in and out. I have only found one game that plays
normally, Lego Marvel. I am afraid this is a GPU issue. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

The issue is still occuring on the games after reinstallation. Kinect sports even has the same exact issue that call of duty has. I am still within the return policy and I think I may resort to that. This feels like it could be faulty hardware.
