Video apps not working and network speed is good and connected

My youtube, hulu and netflix apps are all severely lagging on my xbox360 to the point that i cant use them. I tested my network status and its connected, my internet speed is golden and ive rebooted everything as well as deleted and redownloaded apps.
To add insult to injury its been impossible to find out how to reach technical support you call and they direct you to the website where there is no direct link that i can see to connect with someone. After looping through questions for the last 2 hours ive
gotten nowhere. How do i reach a human?! This is extremely frustrating and is making me consider just canceling my subscription.

The reason for most slow performance will ultimately come down to the current network connection, but we do suggest attempting to follow our
Xbox 360 networking connection support article as it does have a guide dedicated towards low streaming quality.

Go to Settings-Network-Network Settings-Detailed Network Statistics and verify that the connection is good there as far as speed. If this isn't good then restart modem, router, and console. Was everything working fine before? If, so did something change
that caused the slower connection?

I've tested both Network Connection and Multiplayer Connection and the Xbox reports back all is good and should be working. I am current on my Xbox Gold as well.
