    Very upset with the dynamic resolution trend in games!


    I'm a veteran gamer for 25 years and the new trend of dynamic resolution in games has got in my nerves. I play game it looks amazing in 4k then in another instance the game looks bad because resolution has dropped. I'm sick and tired of this! Give us an option to disable dynamic resolution for all games. If it can't happen on xbox one x make it happen on scarlet. Dynamic resolution destroys my gaming experience. I would prefer constant 4k resolution with a few frame drops rather than dropping the resolution. Give us a system option to disable trash dynamic resolution for all games.

    My system has the inability to load discs. They go in 80% of the way then lock and you hear grinding. It took about 2.5 hours for them to contact me and all they could do is tell me to take my console back to the store. However, they don't have any spare
    xboxes. So, I took a day off from work to spend my entire am trying to make something work and I get stuck with nothing.

    Do you know of anyway to contact someone at Microsoft/XBOX to address these issues we are having? This is the worst customer support I have ever seen, and i want to express my issues to someone, but have no way to do so currently.
