    New terms and condition problem

    i am having problems accepting the new terms, i have already type the correct password for my parental control access however they prompt me as invalid password? i tried on Xbox.com and still face problems with accepting the terms and keep throwing
    me back into the accepting terms page. i am living in singapore.

    I cannot accept terms as there is an old email ac that's now inactive. How can I change this.

    Is this during factory set up? If so if I remember correctly there should be A tick, Just click it located at the bottom of your screen.

    And this will let me accept terms. Very well, but will I be able to DISABLE parental controls?

    Accepting terms

    You can try by unplugging your Xbox 360 from the internet connection (if it's connected through wi-fi, it is safer if you turn your wi-fi source off) turn on your xbox and sign out the profile. Once you delete the profile re-download the profile by using
    your new Windows Live ID and the respective password.

    If you experience other problems or just need more assistance let me know.
