    My friend got banned from Xbox live meaning no one can join her, but the other person that reported it was also being mean, disrespectful and not polite what’s so ever. Yet my friend got banned from being able to be social with her own friends plus ur has been 5 years of being banned from Xbox live. Though my friend is very sorry if she was being disrespectful she wasn’t meaning any harm but she has now learnt from her mistakes and I think it would be better to unban my friend form Xbox live please. Thank you bbg#9430

    She wouldve had to address it 5 years ago not now as you are beyond the point of appeal

    It doesn't matter who starts the fight you have ro abide by the rules

    If she was permanently ban it wasn't just one msg or one time

    It shows that you are Gold according to the website. Is there an error number associated to the message that is appearing? Did you just now buy it on the website? If so there is a delay before it is updated on your console but you can force this by doing
    an Xbox Live Connection Test. If that doesn't fix the problem please let us know an error number or any additional details. Thank you,

    Hello Maddy, sorry to hear your friend has been suspended.

    Unfortunately we are unable to help with enforcement issues. Your friend would have been sent a message to the email associated with their account that gives more info on the suspension though. Be sure to check their junk/spam folders just in case.

    They can also log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to see the reason and duration of the action as well as open a case review with the PET if available.

    Please note that a case review is only available for suspensions longer than 24 hours and the PET can take up to 48 hours to respond.
