Very first loading screen stuck. MS Flight sim 2020

I uninstalled my Antivirus and the game, reinstalled the latter and nothing. Same result. Will definitively ask for a refund. The PC is brand new and has almost nothing installed. What a disappointment.

I have a similar issue.

The game is downloaded (just the first batch, c.2 GB) and Installed, according to the Store. When clicking "Play", all I get is a black screen and a cursor.

Any suggestion? Many thanks

My game gets stuck on the cheaking for updates screen after me re-downloading twice, running as admin, updating both windows and gforce drivers and disabling firewalls. Help!

Hi again. I gave up trying after about 2 hours, went to work and tried about 4 hours after that and it now works fine. I think the servers might have just been overloaded. Left it downloading overnight so hopefully it's worked.

so i tried literally everything. Reinstalled the game multiple times, rebooted my pc multiple times, nothing helps. Everytime i start up the game the loading circle on the bottom right spins for a sec then gets stuck. I can only close it by going to the
task manager, and even then the game is still running? Idk how that works. I dont know what to do

WARNING!!!

Installed on my Gateway. It started up but then screen went black and Computer does not startup at all. The program did say that the unit does not meet minimum requirements but loaded anyway, only to CAUSE A TOTAL FAILURE OF THE LAPTOP.
