    Hi Xbox

    I have been a long time fan and was very sad to get the news when I logged into my rewards page that you were closing the Xbox rewards down in favour of just Microsoft rewards. While I am already a member of Microsoft rewards I was looking forward to the
    unique benefits and opportunities provided from Xbox rewards such as the VIP rewards and my VIP gems not to mention the VIP star benefit of which I am very close to getting my second star.

    This year I have saved 766 Gems and was hoping to work my way up to getting a controller which will now not be possible as I will not have the required time needed to gain the rest of the gems, for me this was a fun activity which I was hoping to achieve
    and now feel that the goal posts have been moved and left feeling disappointed.

    I was further saddened to find that nearly all the VIP prizes are now out of stock meaning I will have to have them converted into Microsoft reward points at a conversion of 1 gem to one point. Which is the equivalent of doing just over 5 daily searches
    with Bing! (when using my phone and pc)

    I must admit that saving my gems for the last 5 months which is now apparently only worth 5 days of Bing searches was
    extremely dissatisfying!

    I hope that you may consider refilling the vault for all your loyal members and Xbox fans, which sadly wont help me but will at least help others who may have got the gems they needed to acquire what they wanted.

    Secondly since I will not be able to get my controller could I ask that you re look at the conversion rate of gems to Microsoft reward points as I don't think it is that fair for one gem to be worth one point

    I hope that someone reads this who can help

    It just doesn't cost 500 for a console anymore. So busted out. And the best part is he busted himself out.

    Xbox, Its been 5 days now and still the vault prizes have not been refilled to reward Xbox customers, it has been 5 days and I have not seen any reassurance or reply,
    will the vault be refilled? Will you re-look at how unfair the conversion rate of VIP gems to Microsoft reward points are?
    Will anyone from Microsoft read this?

    What have they done to fix them!? You can't possibly be serious... They've released updates every single month since the console's release that's improved the console by leaps and bounds as well as fixing many issues that the console had (and continues to
