    Hey guys

    So I have a problem and i'm close to pulling my hair out with this one.

    This has been ongoing for a while now and I am absolutley sick to death of it. Here are the issues

    • When I come online my friend says he can't see me online and I've tried hard resetting the console and it does nothing. Every now and then I will suddenly show up on his as being online which is after a few times of hard resets. Ive checked all the settings
      and everything is showing me as online and I'm appearing as online to everyone!
    • When I'm in a party with my friend I can hear him but he can't hear me even though the circle round my logo flashes to indicate that I am talking but it still doesn't seem to go through to him and he can't hear me. However every now and then I'll join his
      party and suddenly he can hear me but this is very inconsistent and this is where it gets weird. When we go into game chat we can both hear each other absolutley fine!! What the hell is going on?!!

    Please, Please help me as I don't know what to do and it's driving me insane!!

    I've tried everything.

    My main problem is with Microsoft Jigsaw. I've tried almost everything suggested on the community boards. I ran the the App Troubleshooter multiple times. Every time that I did it would tell me that the Windows Store Cache may be damaged.



    I ran the Win Key + R fix with WSreset. After the Store opened again, I would run the app troubleshooter again and it would say that the problem was fixed until I closed the Store.

    Potential Issues that were checked:

    Microsoft account required Issue not present

    Temporary Internet files location has changed Issue not present

    User account Control has been disabled Issue not present

    What does this mean? I have no idea. I have a Microsoft account. I need to know what these issues are and they're not addressed.

    I bought many of the Jigsaw collections and they just disappeared. I clicked the 'downloadable collection' option, but as it's opening the entire game window shuts down.

    In desperation I tried deleting all of my Windows/Xbox games then reloaded them as many people suggested. NOTHING! It's all the same.



    I've even tried renaming the Cache folder name. It didn't work. Does anyone have any clues as to what's going on and what I can do to fix it? I feel like I'm going crazy now. LOL

    Thank you all for your support. I have an HP system and I'm wondering if it has something to do with one of the HP programs, but it's not specified. If you have any ideas, let me know, please. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

    If it's an original model Xbox One I would suggest trying a different power supply if you can find one. Retailers like GameStop usually have them for fairly cheap (under $20 in my experience). I've owned several original Xbox One units and the weak link seems to be the power supply. If it's an Xbox One S or X then please disregard this suggestion - your unit probably needs servicing. Depending on the model and age this may or may not be worth the expense vs buying a new console at this point.

    Thank you for keeping us updated. The teredo error has to do with a connection issue between Xbox Live and the home network. Forza updates will not resolve the issue. We recommend attempting the troubleshooting steps on

    in order to resolve the issue. The details of a refund must be discussed with the

    Teredo is unable to qualify - I've tried EVERYTHING...

    I did solution 1 and nothing. I did solution 2 and nothing. I did solution 3 and nothing. I didn't do the ASUS Game First Service as it does not apply. I did solution 4 and nothing. I did solution 5 and it changed my Server name from win711 to default. I
    skipped Solution 6. I can't really do anything for solution 7. I do not have Apple nor Fritz. Solution 8 doesn't apply to me? I don't have/use a VPN.

    Edit: I just did step 6 - the command prompt notepad.exe c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and edit > find > "win10.ipv6.microsoft.com" and it was not found.
