    Very burned image


    My problem is that the XSX console when starting some games the image looks very burnt, I don't know if it could be the HDR. The TV has no problem and the TV settings are as usual and my Xbox is the same. After a while it magically disappeared. I'm worried and I don't know if it will appear again in the future.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try a different TV or a different HDMI cable to isolate the issue further.

    Also, try to turn off Auto-HDR then play the games that you're having an issue with.

    Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options > Video modes > Auto HDR.

    Thank you for answering me, but since I had already commented on the image burning before, it magically fixed itself. Now what appears to me is a gold outline to the NPCs. I deactivate the automatic HDR and it disappears, where can I report this error?

    is still warm... Then you burn the ISO image on the disc...

    If an image is burned into the screen, it's burned in. I'd contact the monitor manufacturer about it as that is not an Xbox problem.

    Does your plasma not have the setting that shifts stationary images around so you don't have image burn?
