  1. Very big latency when taking a screenshot with the dedicated button

There is 2 ways to take a screenshot, either the guide + Y or the dedicated button.

The first work very well. A framebuffer is taken when I hit the guide and is saved if I press Y. Excellent.

The second, the button, the method we should use with a Series Controller, has 2 seconds of latency, meaning it is essentially useless.

Am I the only one ? Very big latency when taking a screenshot with the dedicated button o_O

    xbox one screenshots question

You can double tap the Xbox button and press Y to take a screenshot instantly.

Despite the notification telling you it's been taken, the screenshot will be taken exactly when you press the screenshot button or tell Kinect to take a screenshot.

    Screenshot issues.

When i open the home button to take a screenshot, it doesn’t work. And when using the capture and share tab it doesn’t work when i click on the capture screenshot button.

    Sharing/Screenshots

    Hello nnooggoodd,

    To take a Screenshot:

    1. While in game double tap the Xbox Button

    2. When the home screen appears press Y

Note: if you do not get the option to take a screenshot after double tapping the xbox button you may need to reinstall Game DVR and/or your profile.

    To save a Screenshot:

    1. Open the Game DVR app

    2. With the screenshot you with to save/share press the menu button and select save/share from the menu

Note: After taking a screenshot there is a delay before the screenshot can be saved or shared. During this time you will not see these options available.
