Discus and support Very basic problem... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; trying to play online but message says that I have to autorise it in my settings.     I've noticed the same thing with the black screen. Since the broadcasting update the app has become very unstable. Very frustrating as I enjoy watching game streams regularly which was never a problem with the basic app.

    Very basic problem...

    You probably have a privacy/security setting on your account that prevents you from sending messages to others.

    So finally found the aus support forums where the tech support basically said there was no problem and won't reply to any of the posts now. This is obviously a real problem and my xbox gold is up for renewal in a week so I would like to see it resovled before
    I lose xbox gold.

    Very, very frustrating.

    I think the people who have a problem with achievements (or gamers \who unlock them) have more mental problems than the people who feel they need achievements.

    They are there for the very basic idea of playing video games. That's why it is called a Score.
