    my account was charged 10 times two evenings ago. So $100 rather than $10. I've been trying for two days to get this fixed. There is not a toll-free number to call somebody. Instead you have to wait in the queue to chat with somebody. The first time somebody
    chatted with me there was nothing nothing nothing no response no response. I waited for six minutes with no response. I close the chat tried another chat. I was fifth in line then I became seven online. I'm so angry right now

    So I purchased my xbox one on day one and spent $500. I only have 2 hard disc games and the disc drive has been used maybe 30 times total as the majority of games I have are digital. The disc drive stops working as it won't read anything I put into it. You'd
    think the Xbox would be good at this since it's a game console. Called support and it will cost $140 to fix it and at least 15 fays. Really?!? Your xbox doesn't work after 30 uses of the disc drive and I'm responsible to pay to fix it? This is red ring all
    over again. Very angry and upset.

    What country do you live in?

    If you live in the US/Canada the xbox support number is 1800 4 my xbox if you live in another country let us know and we can try and look that up for you.

    Hey there Jonathan,

    So what you're saying is your console turns off randomly?

    Sorry to hear about that. From what you have posted it seems that you have already followed the steps outlined on

    Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off    , but if you haven't, then I would highly recommend it.

    If that does not help out then you should try what we call a soft reset of your console.
    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.
