Vermintide 2 Error 0x82D40003 for Ultimate Edition owners now over two weeks old

So according to Fatshark, Microsoft was supposed to patch the store yesterday. Whether this patch actually occurred or not is anyone's guess, as the issue still exists.

On a side note, Microsoft support has gone extremely downhill as of late. This new options of "You can talk to a volunteer gamer with no real technical understanding or real power, or post on a community forum where no Microsoft official exists" system
is absolutely awful. We clearly have an issue with the store, yet Microsoft does everything in its power now to not have to deal with these issues. Their response is to talk the the game producer directly -- which of course just fobs the work off onto someone
else again.

It didn't used to be like this. I've dealt with MS support before and they're actually had authority to adjust accounts and fix problems. Now, not so much. One of the reasons I used to recommend Xbox over Sony was that Xbox had really good customer support.
Apparently not anymore.

I also have the same problem and am quite amazed how quickly the blame is being passed around. I have read the fat shark forums and am very happy that Johnny put the time in to try and find a solution from both Microsoft and Fat shark. I am deeply concerned
that this problem may happen with other games purchased in the Microsoft store.

I can confirm that this issue is two weeks old and that this is unacceptable that a game is unplayable for this long.

I hope they fix this, or at least give a refund it it's going to take longer than that.
