    Verizon (ISPs): XBox One Error Code
    I had my xbox one unplugged and when I plugged it back in, I got this error code: 0x80070490. It was working perfectly before it was unplugged.

    US,D-Link,DSL-2750B, Just the xbox one is connected, Wired,UPnP dont know, No NAT error, No error codes, Verizon which is now Frontier,was having the problem before they switched.

    Admit it - A change was made and XBL is now broken.

    Do you have Verizon? Because, I called Xbox support directly and after a little trial and error and looking at status codes the guy from support (Jeff) told me that he's been getting calls from people with Verizon, like me. It turns out that Verizon sent
    out a new Firewall update without the customers knowledge and that without the new Firmwere update it won't connect to Xbox Live.

    Do you have a NAT error? No

    Any Error Codes? None

    Who is your ISP? Verizon FiOS

    Unable to connect to xbox live (wired and wireless)

    Since your issue has been happening off an on, I would try restarting your router and if that doesn't work, try restarting your Verizon ONT (the FiOS box in the wall).
