    Verizon Fios Quantum + XBOX ONE TV "Your TV Signal was Lost"


    Hello XBOX Fam,

    I am having an issue:

    A few days ago I received new Fios Quantum DVR + 2 Relay Boxes. The Boxes are made by **** and are model number IPC1100P2.

    For some reason one of the boxes doesn't want to send a signal to my Xbox. I've tried to Swap out the current box in question with a new box and my xbox reads it perfectly, but Once i plug this box in, the Xbox gives me a "Your TV Signal was lost". I've
    tried restarting both and that hasnt helped, i even factory reset both (Xbox + ****) and still nothing.

    Has anyone run into something liek this? I've been browsing and trying different methods but to no avail. I'm getting a replacement **** box Wednesday but figure I have the weekend to tinker.

    Any help would be great!

    TV Freezing

    Same issue as other. Fios tv freezes, move off xbox one to separate Fios is fine. Tried other HDMI Cables still the same problem. no tv pr freezes with xbox one and cable box in the loop. This problem seemed to have escalated today. I do get a message saying
    xbox one lost the tv signal. Don't believe this is a tv issue. this is an issue with xbox one and not seeing the input of signal from fios box.

    fox now has been there since launch as well as cracked and hulu so conspiracy theory is gone

    I'm having the same problem where usually after i shut off my tv while the xbox one is still on, i come back and turn the tv back on and it'll show a message saying "we've lost your tv signal." I have Verizon Fios and I don't have any freezing issues like
    other people but it's just a pain that this keeps happening. I pull out the power cord to restart my cable box and it works again until the next time i turn off my tv. No idea how to fix this permanently.

    Verizon killed their TV app on Xbox and Smart TVs. Here's what I got from Verizon on March 17th:

    On March 31, 2016, the Fios® TV app you are using to watch your Fios TV programming through a Smart TV or an Xbox gaming system will be retired and
    will no longer be available for use. Sorry for the inconvenience.



    But we have great news; you can watch your Fios TV content using our Fios Mobile appfrom your smartphone or tablet. This app allows you to stream TV content in and out of
    your home and so much more.



    If you don’t already have the app, you can easily download it now.



    I know it doesn't solve the problem, but hopefully it answers your question.

    SAFLEY, the Verizon FIOS app just popped up on Xbox One today, so I guess the One is getting the TV apps, also. Not sure what you get with this other than the live TV, since I do not have Verizon.

    Interesting...there is also rumor that Verizon is looking to launch a non-FiOS video streaming service to compete with Netflix and cable TV providers. And Verizon FiOS is suppose to have video service on Xbox soon.
