    I had the same cable for my original xbox (which didn't work)

    What CAT is your patch cable. I had similar issues and swapping out for a CAT6 cable sorted the issue. The original cable I was using still works with my original Xbox One.

    Have you tried a wireless connection?
    Wifi works fine. It's just the wired connection

    Have you tried replacing the network cable or connecting to a different port on your router?
    Yes i have. Tried both.

    It still doesnt work.
