Discus and support verification problem in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; i have tried to log in in my game to save progress it want to verify my Microsoft account when i post my email it says that my email is not available ....     i have tried to log in in my game to save progress it want to verify my Microsoft account when i post my email it says that my email is not available . then it said you have renamed this account try again later . what should i do ?

    im trying to buy a new game amd it asks for a verification code that is sent via txt to my phone, I put that code in and it sends me back to the verification screen again. Ive bought many games this way with no problem, until now. Anyone out there that can
    help!!

    Are you able to sign into your Xbox account on the
    Xbox.com     website?

    When you sign in on Xbox.com, do you see your CORRECT gamertag in the upper right corner? When you go to the profile, does your gamerpic match and is your Gamerscore correct, is your friend list up-to-date on the website?

    You might want to contact your bank and ask if they are blocking the transactions for some reason. Banks will some times block transactions online for security reasons.
